'Full House' Star Jodie Sweetin's Book Anything but Sugar and Spice

Child star Jodie Sweetin could have had it all, and she did for a long time. A television star by the time she was 5 years old, Sweetin landed a dream gig on the family oriented hit TV show, Full House. Unfortunately, in her new book UnSweetined, Jodie Sweetin describes a very depressing and drug fueled life throughout her teens and most of her twenties.

The victim of two failed marriages by the age of 26, Sweetin describes a post-Full House life that existed solely to drink and do drugs. Sweetin has already openly admitted being a methamphetamine addict in a People magazine article a few years ago and was even featured in the magazine again holding her newborn daughter in a tacky cover story titled "From Meth Addict to Mom", but fans likely didn't realize how low Sweetin stooped until now.

An alcoholic by her early teens, Sweetin describes her first foray into drinking- ironically at Full House co-star Candace Cameron's wedding. Sad that she was able to drink herself into oblivion while all of her loved ones- the Full House cast and crew and her parents- were.... oblivious.

In UnSweetined, Sweetin also details a drunken sleepover with one of the Olsen twins at co-star John Stamos' house (Sweetin was of drinking age at the time), where she promises everything was platonic and "nothing weird happened", but the visual is disturbing. What the heck was Uncle Jessie doing passed out in bed with Stephanie and Michelle Tanner? Yuck!

Sweetin must be a great actress, because she also describes an entire marriage- to first husband Shaun Holguin- where she was addicted to meth without her husband or family's knowledge. For years.

Sweetin became a master liar and manipulator, even doing speaking gigs at college campuses while high. No one had a clue, which is hard to believe. While she sailed by for years on her speaking gig and Full House earnings, Sweetin eventually drained her bank account and her thousands of dollars of Full House residual checks.
