Many people try to think of ways to spice up their next party. One of the ways to do this is to throw some kind of theme party. An interesting theme party to throw is a werewolf party.

The point of throwing a party is to give your guests an opportunity to let loose, and be wild. The reason why werewolves scare so many people is that they are actually people, who because of a curse are not able to control themselves. They are not able to control their actions. The werewolves are always free to do as they want.

When to Throw

Most people would think of a werewolf party as something that could only be thrown around Halloween. Instead, there is a great opportunity to throw a werewolf party every month if you wanted to. Sometimes you could even throw a werewolf party twice a month!

The opportune time to throw a werewolf party would be when the moon is full. Since a full moon is a major aspect of werewolf lore, it is only fitting to make it a centerpiece of your party. You might be surprised at you will notice this and comment on it. You will realize quickly who your most observant friends are.

Decorations

The decorations for a werewolf party can very depending on how elaborate you want them to be. There are a few ideas for decorations that would be required for a werewolf party, and a few others that would be optional depending on the time of year, your location, and your personal beliefs.

The first required decoration would be a moon. Granted, the moon is outside, but it adds to the effect of the party if multiple windows have a picture or cutout of a full moon taped outside.

The next requirement would be something silver. If you do not have anything that is silver, you can also use something that is silver in color. Remember, the only way to stop a werewolf is with silver. This is because silver is a pure metal.

While not truly being a decoration, you should be playing werewolf movies so that your guests can constantly remember the point of the party. If you do not have any, you will most likely find at least one of two werewolf movie DVDs that are on the reduced-price rack at Best Buy or Circuit City.
