Linkin Park's Fourth Album to Be Released in Q1 2010

Linkin Park's co-front man Mike Shinoda declared that they are going to rock with their fourth album which would be released in 2010. He even said that it's gonna be so unique that it would become harder to find a genre for it.

He said that most of the work on the album is already done and tunes are getting check (quality wise) and added that if they have to check it once again and hit the guitars again to get it top-notch, then they will. It's kind of pretty nice as we would never want our rock band to shatter because of poor sound quality.

His statements sounded pretty funny sometimes, when he justified his latest work with respect to junk food. But he did sound quite right. The best part is that, he knew how to deal with it.

Here is his great statement which I would never intend to change, 'People just want junk food," he explains. "They want throw-away junk food music that's going to make them lethargic and fat. McDonalds is great once in a while, in moderation. Eat it every day and you just turn into a slob. We feel the same way about music. We want to hopefully move even more into being able to make more substantial music, and we've always been capable of it, but sometimes, there were different things that we got excited about on each record, about what we wanted to write and what we wanted to make and what kind of statement we wanted to make. On this record, we're definitely paying attention to the substance and the nuance, and we hope to make something that's really cutting edge and really different."

However, Linking Park has other plans to accomplish, precisely saying, some of their members, like Chester Bennigton. He will release his solo project which is of course his first solo thing to get on with.

As you already know that the band gave a wonderful music or theme in Transformers: Rise of Fallen, they are getting more and more indulged in it. Later on, they also added a fresh song with sequences from the film, New Divide. The song was widely accepted and loved, count me in too.
