Squeeze less common phrases and words into the body text.

Backlinks are incoming links to a website or web page. Search engines count the number of backlinks as an indication of the popularity or importance of that website or page. Backlinks are also known as incoming links or inbound links. Don't rely on generic backlinks, as acklinks from sites that are not in the same niche as yours may actually hurt your SEO practices.

Possibly the best way to get a website listed quickly in the search engines through is through blogging. Blogs can use several keywords throughout, and be connected to several other hight search engine ranking blogs through the use of backlinks.
