After rallying from 17 points down in the 4th Quarter at home last week in a triumphant victory over the New England Patriots, Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts took their perfect 10
 - 0 season record to Houston in Week 12 to scrap with a Texan team they had beaten 14 out of 15 times. The Texans lost consecutive 3 point decisions in the last 2 weeks after beginning the season 5 - 3. The Colts pounded Houston today in the second half after the Texans glided out to a 17 - 0 lead. It was 35 - 27 in the end after Indianapolis' defense forced 3 second half turnovers.

The Texans cruised out to a 17 - 0 lead and scored on every possession during the first half. It was 20 - 7 at intermission after Manning through a pass that was picked off by Brice McCain trying to get the Colts into late 2nd Quarter field goal position. Manning through a pair of first half INTs. It was the 3rd consecutive game that he did so. The Colt quarterback found teammates in the end zone 3 times though and eventually completed on nearly 80% of his pass attempts. The last gave Indianapolis it's first lead of the ball game with 8:24 left in the 4th Quarter, 21 - 20.
