Love handles are actually excess calories that are stored in your body. The origin of the name is unknown but it has a lot of nicknames such as beer belly and beer gut. But so far no one have declared love with their love handles anyway. So the excess calories intake are stored in your body, this is more common found in Men because the midsection is one of the first area where fat is stored in the male body. While women also have their love handles but more fat are actually stored around their hips and thighs. Let me sum up the things that you can do easily everyday to lose your love handles quickly in this Flatter Stomach 101.

First you have to improve the quality of your consumption! You should approximately eat four servings of vegetables and fruits per day. Since its fat that you want to burn, negative calories ingredients are a must in your daily consumption. The negative calories fruits and vegetables are Onions and Garlic, Cucumber, Tomato, Cabbage, Celery, Lettuce, Mandarin Oranges, Apricot and Melon. You can choose to consume the fruits individually or have it served together with the vegetables as salad. A good trick here is to eat salad made from negative calories ingredients for lunch and consume the fruits as snacks in the night or afternoon. You should not eat too much cheese, artificial sugar and fried foods. By consuming negative calories ingredients everyday our body will need more energy to digest them through the long process and absorb the nutrients, which in turn will help burning the calories.
