I have been going to PetSmart for years now. PetSmart is not just a place to buy a fish or some dog food. PetSmart is a huge, multi-leveled organization that caters to many needs of their pet owners. PetSmart offers a wide variety of services, including a hospital, daycare, and grooming section.

PetSmart Pet Hotel

At PetSmart Pet Hotel, the staff is focused on providing exemplary care and unique attention to all their pets needs and wants. The facility is designed so that all pet owners leaving their animals will have peace of mind knowing that their pet is being well taken care of. PetHotel is an alternative in day and night care for cats and dogs instead of the usual boarding kennels. Caregivers are on staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with your pet to ensure that there is always someone there in case of emergency. They are well trained in all areas of personalized pet care, they are safety-certified, and all have a love for animals. At PetHotel, there will always be a veterinarian on call.

Doggie Day Camp is another service, available to provide all-day play and exercise in fully supervised play rooms by certified staff.

PetSmart Grooming Salons

All of our animals usually require a certain amount of grooming. Whether it be their fur, trimming their nails, cleaning their ears and teeth, PetSamrt will be there. At PetSmart Grooming saloons, the staff is well-trained for all your pets grooming needs. They are also available seven days a week and provide many services to keep your pet healthy and happy, as well as beautiful. The stylists that are employed by PetSmart undergo an extensive training program that will certify them in all areas of your pets care and needs. Grooming services include nail trimming, ear cleaning, shampooing, massage, and blow drying. You can have your pets nails trimmed and teeth brushed while you wait or shop. Either way, you will be sure to love PetSmart's grooming services.

As a former tech at a Banfield hospital I recommend you stay away from Banfield hospitals. I have found the ones that are 'charter' to be deplorable. They seem to attract doctors with very few ethics whose main purpose in life seems to be to make money off of their clients instead of helping animals. The wellness plans are a crock for the most part. It would be better to get VPI insurance or AKC insurance. Banfield does not pay its employees a living wage so it does not attract those who have been through school or seem to know what they are doing. I worked for the company for 3 years and 'floated' between several charter hospitals. I eventually got fed up when one doctor put an not quite dead yet cat in the freezer instead of giving it another dose of euthasol. She stated that 'it would die eventually'. I quit right there on the spot and put my application in to several other animal hospitals that night. I started at another hospital that next monday making twice as much wor
