Not only will you possibly intrigued other readers of the articles that you commented on to click on your avatar or pen name to view your work there is an unspoken agreement among many content producers at Associated Content of "you scratch my back and I will scratch your back." So there is a good chance that if you leave a comment on an article that the author of the article will view an article of yours. If you see that someone has commented on your piece and you decide that you would like to look at one of their pieces it is a good idea to comment. You won't have to say in the comment "thanks for looking at my work yours is nice too" or anything like that. Simply go the content page of the content producer who commented your work and look at the articles that they have published. Click on one that is of interest to you and read and comment it. A nice friendly circle is created and both of the content producers are helping one another out.
2. Share That You Have an Article That Readers May Also Enjoy
If you happen to have written an article that expands the topic of an article that you have read you can mention it in your comment, if you feel that either the author will be interested in it or if you think that the readers of the article that you are reading would want to read it. Either mention "I also have written on this topic" or something along that line or post the URL to the article. Keep in mind that many people may feel that you are merely spamming your article on through their comments and may delete your comment if you leave the URL, others will not be bothered by it at all. If someone is truly interested in reading the article that you have mentioned they will check out your profile to view it.
