Here is the prime condition of success: Concentrate your energy, thought and capital exclusively upon the business in which you are engaged. Having begun on one line, resolve to fight it out on that line, to lead in it, adopt every improvement, have the best machinery, and know the most about it. Andrew Carnegie 1835-1919.

That quote represents what most new business owners lack: a high level of eradicating the things that don't work about their business, and the required effort to make constant improvements on the things that do work. You cannot succeed in the business you've chosen unless you come to terms with this equation. The following examples are the things most new entrepreneurs fail to do. The solution to the problems are stated in easy to understand terms with clear steps that needed to be taken by you to avoid these horrible business pitfalls.

70% of most new businesses fail within the first 3 months.

You forgot one of the most important reasons that small businesses fail: not enough cash on hand to meet demands as they come. The reasons you list are important as well, but money still is the deciding factor for many. Almost everyone that opens a business focuses on the initial sum they need, but rarely do they have enough cash left over for upcoming expenses. And businesses rarely make money right away! Keep up the good work.
