I love trying to think outside of the box when decorating with vintage finds from the local flea market. I knew the second I saw this cast iron pot that I would use it to house magazines! I came up with this awesome idea to turn an old door from our first home into a coffee table. My fiancé was kind enough to do the manual labor for me and it turned out great. We have an extra old door thanks to demolishing a closet, but you can always buy a new door or old door at the local flea market!

I find it so fun to take different flea market finds, like stepping stools, and create a grouping of them to make a side table. The mix and match look gives interest in a plain room.
