I have many reasons to like Sports Illustrated Magazine, but the main ones are Marisa Miller, Tyra Banks, Molly Sims, Aline Nakashima, Oluchi Onweagba, Petra Nemcova, Elsa Benitez, Mallory Snyder, and Ana Beatriz Barros. Their yearly Swimsuit Edition, is enough for me
to smile during tax season. While it can be purchased for an exorbitant price from a book store, I'm happy that it is provided with my paid subscription to this magazine. The models in this edition are truly beautiful, and I'm sure they think the same of my rotund appearance. There's something unique to them, about a slightly balding overweight man who wears athletic pants to hide the love handles. While they may not eat donuts, pizzas, and buffalo wings, they enjoy watching a man indulge himself at the $2.99 all you can eat buffet.

A little bit of delusional thinking is okay from time to time. When not absorbed in one of these ridiculous day dreams, I enjoy watching sports. While my main passions include football and baseball, I like basketball, hockey, stock car racing, shuffleboard, and Paper, Rock, Scissors. When not watching televised sports, with a healthy serving of Cheese Puffs, I enjoy reading about them.(Unfortunately, our cable guy couldn't figure out how to wire the bathroom television) There are plenty of books and magazines that cover sports, but the ultimate reference guide is Sports Illustrated.

Sports Illustrated is the oldest magazine that focuses on athletic events.
