The continuing beauty trend in makeup is to look like you aren't wearing any makeup at all. Even men seem to agree that they prefer their women to look "natural." The truth, however, is that it can be difficult to accomplish a natural look with some of today's ultra heavy foundations. That is particularly true for those of us who have delicate, thin, and/or aging skin.

A lot of women don't yet trust the new mineral makeup products that are still fairly new to the marketplace. They simply don't see how a hint of sheer minerals - - whether it is in wet or powder form - -can give the kind of coverage that they both want and need. If you are one of those women who prefers a more "traditional" foundation, then I might just have the right one for you. From Sally Hansen brand, it is called Airbrush Makeup.

Even more sheer than a mat mouse, airbrush makeup literally sprays on perfect-looking skin. It seems hard to believe that such a lightweight formula could impart such an invisible, impeccable finish. It makes the skin a perfect beauty canvas.

Fast, flawless, and totally water resistant, Sally Hansen's Airbrush Makeup goes on lightly, evenly and completely sheer. It comes in a variety of colors including beach beige, creamy natural, natural spice beige, nude tan, and no color (which just offers an even veil of moisturizer).

Although the brand claims that you can spray the makeup directly on to the skin, I prefer to spray it on to a sponge and then apply a cautiously sheer coat gently to the skin. It blends in beautifully to make the skin look flawlessly bare.

I've been using sally hansen spray on leg makeup for years. It is the best ! What I like is you see it as soon as you apply it. It really is great if you do not want to wear nylons. My legs are so smooth after I apply it. It leaves your skin flawless .

Never heard of it. But I think I'll pass on the wax and talc for my face. Maybe the arms and legs, if it doesn't look orange! Good write-up, as always, Charlotte! But you know I'm a Bare Escentuals girl, and despite the occasional forays into other brands of primers, I'll stick to my minerals!

Close your eyes and hold your breath I guess? I haven't heard of spray on makeup. I would think it would be a trial and error process to get even coverage and not spray too much in one place. I will have to try this product for sure.

I have also been curious too. I thought it was just a gimmick. I don't know about these spray on things, tan, makeup and all. It is as if your a car on a assembly line waiting for the machines to spray on that paint enamel. Great review, though. Bye
