The 4400 is Finally Back
The Fight for Promicin is On

Then ending of Heroes leaves a small hole in my weekly science fiction television drama fix. Now, I know I can tune in to the Sci-Fi channel and get my fill of cheesy science fiction made-for-TV movies and on occasion I do. However, I make it a point not to watch that channel regularly because I easily get sucked in. Yes, even the cheesy ones get me. One night, I sat for hours watching shows from natural disaster pictures to alien invasions. One was about a man-made creature that turned against its creator. The other about a massive earthquake and the last was about an alien creature that caught a ride back to earth with an unsuspecting astronaut. Bedtime came around three in the morning. Needless to say, I am not a hard person to please when it come to pictures with a science fiction edge. Consequently, the ending of Heroes for this season is not sitting well with me. It is a good thing that USA is right on time with The 4400. That's right. If you have been wondering where the show is and what is taking so long for it to return to giving us new episodes, wonder no more. The 4400 will be resuming on USA this June and not a moments too soon. I could not have been the only one worried that it was canceled.
The 4400 season three finale definitely left viewers on the edge of their seat for almost an entire year. The last we saw of The 4400, Tom had injected Isabella (super power bad girl) with a serum that was intended to kill her, only it didn't. Instead she is no longer the super bad girl. Jordan stole the Promicin that was manufactured by Ryland to create super soldiers. Instead, Jordan is planning to distribute the Promicin to anyone who is willing to take a 50/50 risk of either getting super powers or dying. Alana has been air lifted ... actually light lifted ... actually, re-abducted. Diane decided to move away with Maia and her new boyfriend, Ben, who used to be April, her sister's, boyfriend (that's kinda gross). Lastly, Kyle and April have decided to take their chances with the Promocin even though the odds are 50/50.
