Renaissance Fairs in New Jersey During June

Come, all ye knights and ladies, to a medieval celebration! Renaissance fairs provide fine adventures for all ages! And there are a number that occur in the state of New Jersey during the month of June.New Jersey Renaissance Kingdom - Located approximately 54 miles north of Trenton in Orange, New Jersey. This fair will be held weekends June 2nd - 24th from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm. Parking will be free. Tickets will be $15 for adults, $9 for seniors, $7 for kids ages 3 - 11, and free for children ages 2 and under. Those wishing to dress in period attire will be required to keep weapons sheathed and peace-tied. No alcohol will be sold or permitted. Picnics will be allowed. Visitors will enjoy a masterful living chess tournament, hilarious comedy, engaging storytelling, and more. Merchants will be offering finely crafted wares, enticing foods, and refreshing beverages. New Jersey Family Medieval and Fantasy Festival - Located approximately 53 miles north of Trenton in Long Valley, New Jersey at St. Mark's Concert Field. This fair will be held June 9th - 10th from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm on Saturday and 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Sunday. Parking will be free. Tickets will be $12 for adults, $8 for kids ages 3 - 12, and free for children ages 2 and under. Those who wish to dress in costume will need to keep weapons sheathed and peace-tied. No alcohol will be sold or permitted. Special features include thrilling sword fighting, a Scavenger Hunt, the "Medieval Idol" Contest, and more. Artisans will be selling exquisite jewelry, clothing, art, home décor items, and many more items. Vendors will offer fine period food and drink.
