Review on JCPenney of Flint, MI

It was an average day, and I wanted to get a few new shirts for springtime advertised on TV. I used to be employed at JCPenney in Flint, MI and am partial to the "veterans" of the store. I packed up my phone and music

for the car ride, grabbed my check book and ventured out to the Genesee Valley Mall.

As I walked into JCPenney store No. 1979-4, I said my hellos to all the employees in the styling salon which is a very nice place. The customer service is very exceptional and the newest manager makes sure all standards are met. A very welcomed area of the store. It's particularly refreshing as they can dress casual and wear the latest fashions. The styling salon is the trendiest of places to visit. The sales run on styling products is very pleasing and the selection is overwhelming. The products range from shampoos, conditioners, glosses, waxes, gels, sprays all by Paul Mitchell, Biolage, PhytoOrganics, and also have a few select products made for men created by Matrix. However, the price of services are a bit high depending on the level of your stylist. Master stylists charge $28 for an adult haircut.

Making my way through the men's department to the Young Men's area, I notice one register "pad" has one cashier out of four. The line is about 6 people long. Boy, it's probably unpleasant to be the customers waiting in that line. The Young Men's section looks like a tornado just swept through in about 3 seconds and tore everything up, leaving no mercy in it's path. With their exceptional sale prices, it's hard to resist picking up the coolest new line of shirts laying on the back table. Except for the fact there isn't any smalls layed out and no one around to help you. You dread going to ask the sales associate stuck behind that register with a line as long as the Mississippi. Well, I'm sure you can probably find a shirt you like and carry it with you to another area of the store.

This is drivel. You are obviously a disgruntled associate who maintains a positive relationship with salon associate. Good move, by the way. Most of what you are doing to airing dirty laundry. A private not to the manager or even home office might have been in order. Peace.
