Additional Tip: If you have a cell phone plan that offers unlimited incoming calls, use a callback service. It allows you to do unlimited outgoing calls using your unlimited incoming minutes. So you make all the calls you want without using your outgoing minutes and therefore can use the cheapest unlimited incoming calls plan available to make and receive all the calls you want. For Canadian users, there is a service called Mobilimax - good voice quality, quick call connection, low rate. I've been using it for 4 months now and it works fine.
