Maybe you're just looking for a change, something that can spark the flow of electricity back into your veins. Maybe you are tired of the traditional corporate life or the 'suits' telling you what to do all day. If so, you might be just the boss you've dreamed of.

I know what you're thinking; it takes money to start your own business. To that I would answer, yes, you're right, it does normally take money to start your own business, but there are ways that you can start your own business, perhaps in under $100! It will of course vary depending on what you want to do. Here are three ideas that might just spark your own electricity to start flowing again.

Real Estate Photographer

Do you have even a slightly creative eye and happen to have a camera? A digital type would be ideal, if not, maybe a non-digital would work for a little while. Have you ever looked for a house to buy? Once I was house hunting (on the internet). What I found was that nearly all real estate companies have pictures of at least some sort and shape of their listings. Well, when I pulled up the many, many listings with pictures, I couldn't believe the pictures I saw. If pictures could talk, they would have told me, "I'm really not that bad, you just see the very corner of my room. I actually have a big room with a great view. It's too bad they didn't know what to take a picture of except for this one corner or this room." So, perhaps, real estate agents need some assistance, or maybe the sellers could use a nice, affordable package for personalized attention to the listing. I might have gone to see some of the houses that I just passed skimmed through if they had better pictures. This is a buyer's perspective, but the truth is that it is honing in on what the buyer wants is key. So, why not make your own company doing just this, taking pictures at the seller's upfront expense and since it'll help the real estate agent out in making the sale, maybe the real estate agent would tell their clients about this. To add on to this great opportunity, maybe you could host the pictures on the internet for your clients, especially the ones trying to sell their houses themselves (for sale by owner).

  • Do it in less than $100
