The hit reality series, The Girls Next Door, on E! (Entertainment Television) starring Hugh Hefner, president and founder of Playboy Magazine, and his three girlfriends, Bridgette Marquardt, Holly Madison, and Kendra Wilkinson will continue, with Hugh Hefner announcing on Larry King that they have signed on for Season 4.

The show is a success because for the first time, people are let inside the Playboy Mansion, to see what life is like and what really goes on, to a certain extent, on a daily basis. But the main attraction is the three women, whose distinct personalities and natural ability in front of the camera makes for fascinating escapism TV.

Watching Holly, Bridget and Kendra, with their adorable animals, daily routines and friendships, is like taking a trip to a different world, for they live a unique lifestyle that many people will never experience. It is fascinating to see how they interact with Hef and one another as well.

These women may have the same color hair, but they are all unique. Holly is artistic and conscientious of not only Hef, but Playboy as an institution. Bridgette is ambitious, and it is fun to see her pursue her goals with such enthusiasm and gusto. Kendra is young woman maturing before our eyes, fun loving, yet becoming business oriented, and we see the world that is opening up for her, which is nice.

What is interesting about Hefner is that he is supportive of his girlfriends and their business endeavors, an equal partnership in regard to the whole image they are projecting. But what we also see are different dynamics and layers, and the show is never boring, for these girls each bring something unique to the table, from glimpses into their personal lives, their relationship with Hef, with a comedic pace that keeps the show flowing along. It simply is fun to watch Kendra's cute Corgi dog, listen to her contagious laugh, quirky witticisms and styling, admire Bridgette's sweet personality and love of her animals, goals, holidays and gift-wrapping talents, and observe Holly's artistic abilities, her relationship with Hef and good commentary in general.

That's a good article, a lot of people are talking trash about them on the Internet, and its refreshing to read something from a different point of view, entertainment value, not ugly truths or morality issues!!
