In a world of chaos where just about every single person is constantly running around trying to get somewhere they have to be, it seems that the only place to truly get some personal time these days are in the bathroom. If you're like me, after a long day I can't wait to let my hair down and hop into the shower, there's nothing more relaxing than standing under warm running water, except maybe a bubble bath.

It's not the showering part that is relaxing, it's the process of washing your hair and body, the smell and feel of shampoo and body wash surrounding you. I live in a region where it's always hot and humid, so I try to buy products that will keep my hair and skin healthy without blowing my budget. I'm not a girly-girl but I do love trying new shampoos and body washes out, especially if it comes in a cute bottle. Normally when I find something that works for me I stick with it but I'm always open to trying new things.

Recently I tried Caress body wash, mainly because I've seen so many commercials and print advertisements for them (even on Youtube) and I absolutely love their new packaging. It also didn't hurt that each scent smelled fantastic! Caress had five scents to choose from making my decision very difficult. I finally decided on the Caress Glowing Touch because according to the package it's suppose to give your skin a natural glow. That's exactly what I wanted, glowy, summer-ready skin.

I tested it out the next night and loved it. I like the fact that Caress created a lot of lather, I didn't have to add more soap to the loafer like I do with other body washes. When I got out of the shower my skin was soft, smooth and glowing just like the package advertised. My boyfriend even commented on how pretty I smelled and how soft my skin looked. The bottle lasted about three months for me, which is longer than most brands I've tried. I did notice however, that after the first month of using Caress body wash, my skin would be dry an hour after I've showered. I started having to use body lotion after showering, which isn't something I enjoy doing. I'm just not a fan of body lotion especially when I can't reach my back.
