Parents can calm a child before bed time with a soothing and fragrant bath, when they use Parents Choice Nighttime Baby Wash vs Johnson's Bedtime Bath. Either product is a great idea for a baby shower gift.

Both of these bath products help soothe baby and lull him or her into a state of relaxation that is conducive to a good night's sleep.

Aromatic Bath Time

Both products fill the tub with soft bubbles, and the bathroom with a pleasant, but not overwhelming scent. Both Parents Choice wash Vs Johnson's Bedtime Bath are better in this department than Grins and Giggles. When selecting a gift for a baby shower, skip the Grins and Giggles, and go for one of the two other products mentioned here.

The Grins and Giggle bath products have scents that are overwhelming even for an adult, and may be too powerful for sensitive babies.

Product Claims

Johnson's Bedtime Bath claims that "dreamland awaits" baby after a warm bath is drawn, using this baby product. The product also claims that a child will receive a good night of sleep. Johnson's even goes as far to claim that their Bedtime Bath is actually "clinically proven to help babies fall asleep easier and sleep through the night better."

The verdict? Johnson's Bedtime Bath is everything that it claims to be. Their product for night time baths does indeed soothe a child before bedtime. The bathtime product can also calm a restless child.

The Johnson's Bedtime Bath baby product is also effective for helping a baby sleep better when other ailments, like teething, may be an issue.

The main claim of Parents Choice wash is that it is comparable to Johnson's Bedtime Bath. Again, the Parents Choice wash is correct. Their bath product for children has the same effect as the Johnson's Bedtime Bath product.

No parent will be disappointed when they receive either of these bath time products as a gift at a baby shower.

The Fragrance

The fragrance in both Johnson's Bedtime Bath and Parent's Choice wash is reminiscent of a lavender field in the South of France. The aromatic lavender and chamomile mix well to create a fragrance that lasts.

Parent's Choice Nighttime Baby Wash VS. Johnson & Johnson's Bedtime Bath

Johnson's Bedtime Bath is a great product, but Wal-mart's Parent's Choice wash is just as effective, and cheaper.

You're right, the Johnson's brand is pretty expensive. Great comparisons on the two products.
