Counter Strike Cs_Office Strategy Guide

The Counter Strike map cs_office has went from a huge hit, to a huge flop among the fans, but it still deserves a strategy guide for all of those players who have not given up on one of the most difficult maps around. An overview could be summed up with there are hostages in the building and it's the counter terrorists job to get them out of there, but as we all know, it rarely ever goes that way.

Rescue the Hostages?

The counter terrorists should have it drilled in their heads that it's their job to rescue the hostages, but this isn't the case on the Counter Strike map cs_office. In this strategy guide, you're going to be shown to be efficient whether or not you achieve the main goal. Due to the difficult of the map that contains tight corners, tons of hiding places, and just great places to run out and start shooting, it's often difficult to sneak around. So as a counter terrorist what in the world do you do?

Sticking Together

As soon as you've bought your weapons, you should find a buddy to stick with throughout the map so you have someone covering the angles you can't cover. Purchase an explosive grenade if you decide to head up the stairs near your spawn point, and chug both an explosive grenade and flash bang at the corner alternating what you throw with your partner so that it goes off in the main hall. If you're on this map, you should continue forward with the path of your choice to rescue the hostages as your mission is now fairly easy. If you've decided to take the longer route, I would recommend either charging up the stairs or breaking into one of the two windows to the main building. A great strategy can be to shoot out the window in front of the long hallway and throw a grenade inside as it will probably help out your buddies trying to get in the hall from the other side. Afterwards, you should continue forward watching each other's backs as you search out the remaining terrorists and fight for the hostages.
