Transit Nightclub in Chicago
With a dance floor large enough to fit entire clubs in, Transit Nightclub, 1431 West Lake Street, is one of Chicago's best and biggest dance parties to be found. Friday night, Saturday night, whenever you decide to go really; Transit will have the music pumping and the bottles popping.

United States of America club is always changing, it is popular with both college students and the more sophisticated clubber. On any given night you will find several parties in the house to celebrate birthdays, bachelorette parties, as well as promotional parties.
The main room of the club has a fifteen hundred square foot dance floor surrounded by two bars, seating, a couple dance poles, and standing area. The first bar is always crowded because it is the first thing guests see when they arrive and groups tend to congregate around it. Because of its small size, it fits under a staircase and is manned by a single bartender, head over to the larger bar that runs along the side wall in the main room. From here you have a better view of the crowd on the dance floor and, for the guys, the girls taking a spin on the popular dance poles. At the back of the room behind the dance floor is a raised seating area that is a great place for groups to hang out and watch the activity. It is also here that you will find Transit's famed dance poles.
Depending on the night and the DJ the music in the main room can go from popular latin music to hip hop to house. Whatever is playing, it sounds great; Transit has one of the best sound systems in the business and especially Chicago. While you dance the video walls will be on the crowd or flashing music videos.
