Alternative Options for High Blood Pressure
What You Don't Know About Treatment Options!
Being in the religious field I am, I began to research several ways to deal with this situation safely. (Note: This is not a Doctor opinion, please consult your Doctor before you start or continue any new regimen for your health. This is just my opinion and the way my family handled it.)
This describes High Blood Pressure Symptoms as this: "Headache, Dizziness, Blurred vision, and Nausea "
This also adds these symptoms: "dizzy spells or a few more nosebleeds than normal"
An average blood pressure is 120/80. Consult your doctor what is average and normal for you.
High blood pressure has a medical history of causing: heart disease, kidney disease, hardening of the arteries, eye damage, and stroke.
Here a few non medicinal ways to help you with your blood pressure, (again consult your doctor first).
Eat fruits, vegetables, garlic, onion, whole grains, soy, beans, seeds, nuts, olive oil, and cold-water fish
Low sodium-high potassium diet. Drink 50% of your body weight in ounces of water daily
Vitamin Supplements: Calcium, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Coenzyme Q10, Flaxseed meal, Fish oil, Magnesium, and Potassium
Herbal Medicine: Coleus forskohlii, Hawthorne, Mistletoe, Rauwolfia, Garlic, Ginseng Powder, Cayenne Pepper, feverfew, Evening primrose oil, Yarrow, and cooked Dong Quai,
And always there are some things that you should avoid: Herbs and Supplements: Licorice, Ephedra, Asian Ginseng, Rosemary essential oil, and Angelica Root.
