~As I look into the vast expansion of time, space, and matter, I realize that reality isn't really reality.~

How's that for a brain twister? I look at my hands in the twilight and notice that I can see through them, there is only light, and pulsing energy beyond what I perceive as a hand with flesh, and fingers, and bones. It is beyond beauty, beyond ecstasy, to know that my time here is only a pinpoint in the awesome realm of the eternal. When I leave this place I will inevitably move on to some other place, some other purpose that I was meant for. My new life will be either as an agent for the Purpose, or as an agent for the Random.

We know not where we fall between these two forces. One pushes us in many different directions, creating purpose for others, the other pushing us in totally different directions, creating random accidents, changing lives for the good or the worse. For some of us, the cord is a long one, for others it is short. We cannot question this existence, for that question has already been answered many times over. Most of us just choose to dis-remember the answer at the moment of our births on this plane of existence.

Never fear those things that come before you in your life. It is only circumstance, only a perception of (short) time spent on the earthly plane. What lies beyond that is what we are reaching for. We are always wanting something better, something more than what we have, not realizing that all we want is already here, waiting for us to claim it. Open yourself to all. Open your closed mind to the wonders of this vast, changing illusion. All it takes is the desire to have everything want and motivation and focus to manifest it into this life.

I was able to catch this shot of an exotic blue damselfly while hiking in a Texas state park.
