This e-mail was sent to me today and then I watched a blip about it on Fox News as well. The following is a direct quote from the e-mail I received. It was very powerful and I would like to share it with everyone here, Black and White.

"The animals pictured above; car-jacked, then raped Christopher Newsom, cut off his penis, then set him on fire and fatally shot him several times while they forced his girlfriend, Channon Christian, to watch. An even more cruel fate awaited her!

Channon Christian, was beaten and gang-raped in many ways for four days by all of them, while they took turns urinating on her. Then they cut off her breast and put chemicals in her mouth ... and then murdered her.

Dozens of New Charges in Double Murder Case Announced

Knoxville (WVLT) - The District Attorney General of Knox County announced the list of charges facing now five suspects in the double murder of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom.

The District Attorney General Randy Nichols is not saying whether or not he will seek the death penalty, but he does say the State will seek conviction for all charges filed in a 24-page indictment from the Knox County Grand Jury.

Lemaricus Davidson, 25, faces a total of 46 charges.Davidson was indicted on 16 counts of Felony Murder growing out of rape, robbery kidnapping and theft of Channon Christian and Chris Newsom, 2 counts premeditated murder of Christian and Newsom, 2 counts especially aggravated robberies from Christian and Newsom, 4 counts especially aggravated kidnapping of Christian and Newsom, 20 counts aggravated rape of Christian and Newsom, and 2 counts of theft from Christian and Newsom.

Can you give us a few current examples, Andre. "Being black I'd trade with you. To hell with the news coverage, there are tons of unsolved murders, lynchings, rapes that have happened to blacks at the hands of whites no one cares about." So the killings where justified?

Deez, good story and right on the button. Jesse and Al have no finacial gain by bashing their own on this. They are race baiters. This crime was heinous and all involved should get the needle. Oh and as far as the women on the b-ball team. The reason imus said those things was because most of the girls were all inked up and it reminded him of the mtv rap video crowd. Good story.

this was a front page news on Chicago Tribune and thats how i learned about this. u are right in pointing out the hypocrisy of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton..they should have said and done something about this..

It is odd that such a horrid story did not make national news. I do not understand why you would expect Jackson and Sharpton to step-up, because if the people involved are the guilty parties, they do no have reason to get upset. Rapes and murders happen everyday and do not make national news. They are committed by people of all colors and done to people of all colors. It seems that the current rash of hate crimes done unto homeless people have been committed by "white" teenagers. Don't see much of that on headline news for weeks on end either.

This should not be about whites or blacks. The race should be no factor. This is about a horrible crime, against 2 human beings. I think they will get the DP, since it's Tenneessee. I wonder what was the motive if any for this? Did the murderers know them or anything? Not that it matters, but out of curiosity Maybe I missed that part, (speed reading)

I hope they all die in Hell or better yet I think we should take them to the place where the crimes were committed and hang them all one by one. Slowy, maybe take them to the brink of death and BRING THEM BACK and Hang them Again. YEA
