Can there be a better example for team work other than movies. Every director locks your mind in real time and takes you through a journey beyond imagination. Frame by frame he illustrates a story, captures your mind and enthralls it in every single second. Movies need lot of man power. Even for a single frame you need thousand of technicians. Movies can never me made by ordinary individuals. You need the best talent available, even to create low budget movies. Movies can change the destinies of individuals overnight. At the same instant, they can ruin the careers of individuals in split second. Movies can make or break individuals.

Movies could be made only through a very strong team. Director needs the combination and synchronization of a variety of individuals. A typical movie normally encompasses five spheres of activity, namely development, pre-production, production, post-production and distribution. Every sphere of activity in a movie need a different set of talent and in some cases totally alienated from the other. Synchronization is the key and successful movies are developed by successful teams and if the movie is a world class product, it is a well established fact that when dubbed and through proper distribution, it would be a blockbuster irrespective of the place where it is screened.
