Movies could be made only through a very strong team. Director needs the combination and synchronization of a variety of individuals. A typical movie normally encompasses five spheres of activity, namely development, pre-production, production, post-production and distribution. Every sphere of activity in a movie need a different set of talent and in some cases totally alienated from the other. Synchronization is the key and successful movies are developed by successful teams and if the movie is a world class product, it is a well established fact that when dubbed and through proper distribution, it would be a blockbuster irrespective of the place where it is screened.
