Sugar is added to just about everything you eat, and many times we even add it to our food and beverages ourselves. Every time you have a cup of coffee or a glass of tea you probably add sugar, but some of us have a problem with our sweet tooth. Many times we find that we add too much sugar and that's not healthy, or perhaps you're a diabetic and really need to watch your sugar intake. Both situations pose obvious problems, but there is a product on the market that will allow you to add sugar to your favorite foods, and beverages without worry. Splenda is a no calorie sweetener that tastes like sugar, because it's made from sugar, and is safe for those with diabetes.Splenda is the new way to add sugar and sweeten food. Sugar or glucose can be very unhealthy for you, especially if you consume a lot of it, or have diabetes, but Splenda is a great alternative. Splenda is made form 100% real sugar, but simply modified to it does not work in your body the same way the sugar does. This means that you can add sugar to any food you like, or beverage and feel good about.
Splenda also has a line of sugar that's intended for baking. This means that you can make a more healthy version of Grandma's famous cookies, or bake a delicious cake in the exact same way that you would if you were to use regular sugar. Splenda for baking is another healthy alternative for sugar and can be used any and everywhere sugar can be. And as with all of Splenda's products it's diabetic safe, however you should still exercise caution.
