As I wrote here ebooks are a great idea for writers to pursue, not only for themselves but also for their clients. Today I want to talk to you about your own expertise and turning that knowledge and experience into profits with ebooks.

I have written several ebooks. It all started with an idea, a blog, and a little research. Before I knew it, I had plenty of material for several different types of ebooks, each offering a unique concept or useful advice the average person could use.

My best selling ebook

My best selling ebook is called "Making a Living in the Woods." Every year I sell several copies online. It's not enough to make me quit my day job, but it's enough to encourage me in my ebook business.

Making a Living in the woods comes from my own research in locating a little property in the Ozarks. Everything I learned through my experience eventually found its way into the book. I've promoted the book on several sites online, advertised it through a Google Adwords campaign, as well as in a few magazines like Backwoods Home.

I knew that after many years of researching the topic of finding a place in a country location, I could help others achieve their dreams, too.

Ebooks for Writers

Another ebook I wrote is called "Practical Writing and Marekting Tips for Writers." This book has done well, too. Many writers and wanna-be writers have bought copies and taken advantage of the information I put together in this ebook. I have a second ebook that I've entitled "A Voyage of Discovery." It's a workbook especially tailored for writers who want to become more self-confident and find their niche in the writing world.

Poetry and fiction ebooks

I've also sold several copies of my ebooks Adventures with Merlin. This book is filled with inspiring stories that teach valuable lessons wisdom, love and hope. These stories use the power of fiction and fantasy to bring the points home.

I also have two poetry books. One is called Of Myth and Magic and Love Poems by the Fire.
