What Are the Healthiest Kinds of Cereal to Eat?

Cereal what kinds are the best for you to eat? The stores are loaded with different kinds to choose from. And it is a hard choice sometimes standing in the cereal section in the store trying to choose what cereal to buy. I usually get several kinds of sweetened and unsweetened. I have been told that cereals with oats and wheat are good for you. Oats can lower your cholesterol over a period of time and is also good for your heart. When i was growing up I always ate the sweetened cereal just for the taste and because it was easier. We all had our favorite brands of cereal. What do you buy the sweetened or unsweetened? The unsweetened i feel has more vitamins in it and is probably over all the best kind to buy. Total cereal is a good choice it is packed with alot of good vitamins for you. If you are on the run or don't eat right that may be a good choice because of all the nutrients your would be getting. Alot of people stick with the same brands that they ate as a child. Cereal can be a nutritious breakfast if you throw a piece of fruit in with it.
Wheat in cereal is also very good for you and usually is in the unsweetened kind. Wheat Chex is a good cereal or Wheaties just to name a few. They both are good for you and have alot of vitamins in them. Children usually do not like unsweetened cereal. They like it sweetened and usually the sweetened kind of cereal comes with a prize in the box that also entices them.
Really it is all your preference to what kind of cereal you like. We are all different and most of the time no two people will like the same kind of cereal. The stores have a great selection. Better then ever before. The cereal section just keeps growing larger. Many people probably would like it to see it stop growing because there are so many kinds and brands of cereal it takes so long now to choose what to buy. You can catch yourself standing there for a long time trying to choose. Cereal is just one more choice of what we can have for our breakfast along with alot of other good breakfast foods. Alot of people eat cereal as snacks anytime during the day not only at breakfast. Because of the vitamins in certain cereals it is very good for you. So it is a great choice for anytime.
