The following is an excerpt from Journey to Salvation

Human life is nothing but a vapor that will evaporate-just as the flesh on our bones will turn into dust. For a moment in time we exist on Earth. When you return to dust, what fruit or legacy will you leave behind? More to the point, will you have fulfilled your purpose for this life?

Many people like to be in control, yet they don't realize that when they die they will no longer be in control of their fate. Deep down, I believe this fear of lack of control is a starting point for some to reject God and His Word. To be honest, sinners become convicted when they hear people claim that sinners are going to Hell. They say, "How can a God love us so much yet doom us to this place?"

If you understand that you have a body, soul, and spirit, you then understand that your body (flesh) will not live forever. However, your spirit and soul will live on in eternity. As you read this, please understand that unlike many people who have passed away, you still have a choice in your fate. Where do you wish to spend eternity?

Atheists, agnostics, evolutionist, etc. proclaim many false ideas:

• "God is not real. Nor is the devil."

• "Well, all roads lead to Heaven."

• "As long as I 'm a good person, that 's all God cares about."

Ask yourself: If evolution is responsible for all the vast creations in space and the endless varieties of species of life on innumerable planets, then why is the law not working today? And why do we not have actual and unquestionable examples of various stages of evolution from the lowest to the highest form of life?

If evolution was valid then we should see the evidence of it TODAY. Is it not strange that the process has been at a standstill for the period man has been on Earth to observe the "law of evolution" at work? (Dakes Annotated Bible)

Evolution directly conflicts with the Bible, the authoritative book of God's Word. Think about it, if people become more accepting of the Theory of Evolution, then it's highly likely that they would disregard not only the book of Genesis, which details the story of creation, but the entire Bible.

Takeaways
  • The process of evolution has been at a standstill for the period man has been on Earth.
  • The prophets in the Bible were able to foretell events thousands of years before it happened.
  • Most countries evolve over time, but as the Lord declared, Israel was born in one day.
Did You Know?
The rebirth of the state of Israel is a staggering fulfillment of Biblical prophecy.

what a stack of sh*t!!! "If evolution was valid then we should see the evidence of it TODAY. Is it not strange that the process has been at a standstill for the period man has been on Earth to observe the "law of evolution" at work?" who ever wrote this obviously hasn't heard of bacteria. or the flu virus. evolution is every where. people say, if we evolved from apes, why are there still apes? We did not evolve from fu*king apes, we evolved from a relative of apes. As we are primates we evolve just as other primates do. its funny to see how list the correct list of intelligence within humans from highest to lowest goes: Genius Above average Average Below average mentally retarded vegetative state creationists. I would seriously put it to you that whoever wrote the quote above denies the existence of homosexuals and gravity.

Im sorry to say i find this piece quite offensive. It is merely a god affirming opinion attempting to persuade?. The argument put forward on evolution is far from the contention, and quite simply; as a persuasive piece it doesn't is it poorly structured and reads like a middle school late night paper. Nevertheless, keep writing. Glad to see your building your own opinions and trying to help others, and for this i give you merit.
