What Your High School Persona Says About You:
A Satire on High School Labels
Who were you in high school? What group were you in? Whom did you identify with? All of these things may say wonders about the person that you are today. For fun, I have broken down these groups into an informative piece that teaches you more about who you really are, or were.
The Nerd
The nerd only grows in popularity through time and does not come into him or herself until they are done with college and have made a success of themselves. The nerd is now rich and hot with a sexy mail order bride. She succumbs to his every desire and you wash his Ferrari from time to time since you are the pool-boy. The nerd is your boss, and you aren't kicking his ass anymore, you are kicking his ass.
The Slacker
The slacker spent a lot of time thinking about how to get out of classes and an equal amount of time smoking pot. All of this time slacking meant that this would continue into the college years and than they dropped out of college to find a better job and spent their life savings on a get rich quick scheme. Now broke, they work at the local used car dealership and spend a substantial amount of time perfecting that combover. Who would have known that a lot of pot could have made you impotent?
The Skank
The skank literally turns into a gold digger when she reaches the legal age and realizes that she can now make money with what she was doing for free all the years of her high school life.
The Goth Kid
After high school, no one really heard anymore about the "Goth kid." The reason being that the "Goth kid" realized that the cry for independence from the world with the makeup and the dark clothing was not making a difference at all but making them alike with the rest of the "Goth children". Therefore, the "Goth kid" became like everyone else and is the relatively normal neighbor.
The Athlete
The athlete could go the route of one or two ways. The athlete could become drafted and play college sports than become a famous athlete or the athlete may get injured in college and coaches high school sports teams and speaks in angst of his glory days and will talk to anyone who listens about it.
