Much of the music played today goes way over the heads of the millions of people with concentration disorders. The many music vocals that relates a story no matter how short, is a turn-off to the person who has to listen closely to those words. Only if the song were heard dozens of times would that person understand what was said. To make the problem even worse, at the same time loud music is played in the background. The person with the concentration disorder now has to listen to two sounds at the same time, which becomes impossible to organize, and understand.

The sound of any instrument played continually through a recording would not be tolerated by anyone with a concentration disorder. That instrument would become annoying no matter how well it was played. Repetition in music such as the beating of drums seems to be simple enough to concentrate on, but it is not for those with concentration problems. The constant drumbeat would create sounds that are monotonous and stressful. They hate any kind of musical repetition which is the reason why many of them give up on music without understanding that there are other avenues in music that are open.

There are ways to bring those with concentration disorders back to the music world. One of those ways is by changing the order of sounds played in music. The sounds should have as little order as possible without being completely disorderly. Small melodies lightly attached would be one way of attracting a mind that has a tendency to wander. The melodies would have to be of superior quality, but even those beautiful sounds might not break through. There has to be another component to reach the distance of the now semi interested listener. That other component is an array of strange sounds that seem to come out of nowhere. The world is full of countless sounds, and balancing them out on a recording with the aim of getting the attention of a wandering mind, is the craft of a new type of musician.
