Tired of ending your Saturday night outings 50 bucks poorer and slightly hung-over? Or are you a movie buff, bored of spending your Saturday evenings glued to the tube? Maybe you're a loner eager to find someplace other than the bar to spend your time. Whether you are a couple with a baby, a single person tired of the same old scene or just desperate to mix up your Saturday night routine, Whole Foods is the place to go.

Most commonly known for their pricey organic goods, Whole Foods continues to gain popularity among all demographics. As people become more interested in organic living, stores like Whole Foods find a foothold among grocery stores.

Whole Foods is about community. Unlike other businesses that claim to care about their local residents, Whole Foods goes above and beyond to find ways to enlist their locals. Every month, Whole Foods finds a new and interesting event for their patrons, always displayed in-store on their giant monthly calendar. From pumpkin carving to cooking demonstrations, Whole Foods knows how to get people, and their kids, excited about going to the grocery store. Saturday nights are no exception.

Whole Foods knows organic. Better than organic products though, Whole Foods knows good cheese, great food and fantastic wine. They also aren't afraid to share this knowledge. Every Saturday night, Whole Foods shares their insight by offering samples of cheeses, wines and specialty foods. Not only do they happily provide close to what many might consider a three course meal at no cost to you, they do it in a non-pushy, friendly and incredibly warm manner. No item is off limit at Whole Foods. Salmon, smoked mussels, expensive wines and cheeses are typical sampling fare. Whole Foods isn't stingy either. Often there will be up to ten different cheeses available for sampling. The best part is that you are free to sample as many, and as often, as you like. You won't find any sampling police there. Whole Foods also offers a daily assortment of fruits and breads for sampling as well.

Fantastic article! I absolutely LOVE Whole Foods Market. Unfortunately, our closest one if 90 miles away. Otherwise I'd be there constantly. Thanks for your contribution. :-)

Great article. They've just put a Whole Foods in London, thank heavens. I really miss shopping there every week.
