Jack is "dead" tucked away in Davy Jones's locker. The crew takes Tina (Naomie Harris) and head to world's end to find him. The East India Trading Company is out to kill off all the pirates and with the help of the captured heart Davy Jones is under their control. Pirates from around the world from the seven seas are called upon to help defend the Pirates' way. The problem is everyone wants something different at the outcome of this entire fiasco.

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End is a clever movie just as much or even more so than the first two. I enjoyed it. Johnny Depp's portrayal of Jack Sparrow was neato. I liked the story and how they told it. I especially loved the ending because it was something I did not totally expect. I liked all the characters and thought it was cool that most of them were able to grow but Jack was the one that seemed to be stunted and he did not grow at all. He did not become a better person by journey's end. He was not the hero. He would seem to be the hero but his exploits were done only to get to the end in which he wanted not to help someone else reach theirs.

What is interesting is that the name Captain Jack Sparrow is going to be almost as famous to say as Bond, James Bond. Just thought I'd note that.Elizabeth Sawn (Keira Knightley) and Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) were able to grow through out this movie which was a continual growth, as characters, from the previous two movies. They have to stand up for what they believe in and do what it is they believe to be right in a manner that they can live with. They are not like Jack. They cannot just be and things fall into place the way they want or pretend to want.
