Who Will Deny Christ?

Every day, people deny Christ in one way or another. Because they are afraid of what others will think, many find it hard to operate out of faith and love for the creator. In our society, it is more acceptable to use profane language than it is to pray. Sinners are more boisterous than saints and Christians often seem to cower beneath their beliefs for fear that they will be challenged. I am no bible-quoting Christian but have beliefs that I refuse to renounce for the sake of pleasing others. Though I don't claim to be highly enlightened when it comes to the belief systems of other countries, I was appalled to learn that an Afghan man faces death, because he is a Christian. Furthermore, Abdul Rahman's Christian beliefs caused his own bloodline to reject him.

What has the world come to?

Our society continuously places perversions and corruptible models in a positive limelight, while having a belief in God seems to go against the world replica. We sit on our morals, while children are molested and neglected...suffering mental and physical abuse that leaves lasting scars. We quietly go about our business, as the justice system becomes more corrupt than the bodies housed in their prison facilities. Our children are subjected to countless acts of demoralization by those who are supposed to educate and inform. We excuse the inexcusable, making light of damnable crimes and hypocrisies and then we wonder why the state of the world exists as it does. It is okay to endorse child molesters and sex offenders, just as long as their crimes never come knocking at our doors.

Where is the world headed?

Right on! Moral decay, as all history buffs know, brings an end to great nations! Why so many (including professing Christians) fail to rout moral evil is baffling. Chastity is laughed at, taking Gods name in vain, adultery, fornication, lying, rape, murder, etc.commonplace, even intensifying in U.S. entertainment. Yes, as a man thinketh in his heart (and watcheth with his eyes?) so is he! Because they love not the things of God, few, Jesus explained, will ever enter His kingdom [Matt. 7:13-14, 21-27]. Baptism was refused to the self-righteous unrepentant Pharisees [Matt 23:13-33] Clearly, baptism avails nothing except when preceded by humble repentance and good works. The righteous suffer ridicule, bodily torture, even death in defense of truth and morals. Hold firm your integrity. May God support you! Such is our world!

C'mon, enough with this war on christianity mentality that seems to be in vogue now on the right...please keep your sword (and your bible) away from me..Abdul Rahman was never in danger of being killed, it was grandstanding...
