What is Poison Envy? Let me begin my introduction by defining the words poison and envy. Poison as defined in the Merriam-Webster Thesaurus is something that harms, a toxic, a virus. However, envy is defined as a spiteful malice and resentment over another's advantage. Moreover, the word "malice" in conjunction with envy's definition is a very strong word. It is defined as an act of desiring or wishing pain, injury or distress towards another. Furthermore, "resentment" is defined as an emotional response to a slight action or indignity. In other words, sensitive.

By mincing what incorporates poison and envy's definition individually, we now have a clear description of a person I like to call as "Poison Envy".

Do you want to get to know Poison Envy? Here's a few tips. They're shameless. This person will go extra mile to inflict pain towards another person. They're imaginative. A poison envy will go its way to turn a story around, invent incriminating lies and, uses gossip as a very vital tool. They're heartless. He or she takes no consideration what other people feel. He or she will victimize not just the intended target but also, will show no respect to its family and/or friends. They're pretentious. The tricky part is a poison envy is good in the game of masquerade. He or she will pose as a friend at the moment or maybe a co-worker if you're unlucky enough, and then will stab you at the back when you're caught off guard. But the scariest part is, most of the time, we don't know who they are! One thing is for sure though, they walk among us.
