I've been shopping for clothes online for about five years now, and all I can say is that it can be frustrating. From brand names, to sizing, to shipping, trying to buy style online can be a nightmare. That's why I'm writing to recommend www.digitalgravel.com, a fantastic spot to find some fresh flavor without having to deal with any unnecessary obstacles. The first time I ordered from DigitalGravel was when I bought some Obey pants in 2004. I bought them because they were ridiculously cheap - $30-and well described. Not only did digitalgravel add some humor and insight to the description, the site mentioned that the pants fit a bit differently. Looking at the variety of [the pants'] pictures that were featured, I could understand. I appreciated the heads up on the irregularity, and went ahead and purchased the pants. Unfortunately, the pants ended up on back order. But instead of simply being disregarded and having my order tossed aside, digitalgravel contacted me immediately via email to let me know. They also gave me free shipping because of the inconvenience. I regret not having ordered from the company since; they have an excellent selection of underground clothing. Still, the prices are simply too rich for my blood. But I don't blame digitalgravel for the high prices-it's simply a matter of supply and demand and, the more I think about it, the online clothing company definitely deserves the profits.
According to the site's ‘About Us' section, "With your support we've grown to the stage where we are currently carrying over 250 items (including t's, sweatshirts, tops, bottoms, hats, outerwear, accessories and ladies wear) from 11 brands, and have shipped goods to over 20 countries. We are still independently owned and operated, and unlike most sites we haven't accepted a penny of corporate sponsorship. We are still completely ad-free and have turned down requests from the likes of MTV and NBC to advertise on our site. We are still only carrying the best of the independent and have turned away several major brands that have requested to be on our site."
