Turbulence training is a scientifically researched work-out method with three short intense workouts a week. Each workout can be done in 45 minutes or less, and they don't require expensive exercise equipment, large investments of time, or purchasing month after month of supplements.

Craig Ballantyne, world-renowned trainer, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), developed the system after much research. He was looking for the answer we all need. He wanted to find out how to maximize fat loss and muscle gain, without requiring hours and hours of workouts.

We are all so busy, who has time to run miles and miles, for hours and hours. I used to do it. I would run for two hours at the time just to keep the fat off. My metabolism never responded to green tea diets, Atkins, or other special diets. The problem was, as the kids grew older, and business demanded more of my time I no longer had time to run for two hours four or five days a week.

I have searched and searched for a system that would work, willing to pay to lose extra pounds, especially with summer around the corner. The gym was full of beefy men, or pixies in tight workout clothes and thongs. I didn't feel comfortable going in hiding my rolls of fat underneath my sweatshirt. Walking makes my hands swell, and like I said, I didn't have time for so much running. Cutting down my run to a 3 or 4 mile run three or four times a week didn't budge my scales one bit. I have a resistant metabolism. My body hangs onto fat like a hound dog on a hambone.

When I started Turbulence Training, I began to lose inches and weight within the first three weeks. I could feel the work out, and it was easy to stay motivated with results coming so quickly. I'll tell you up front I had to purchase Ballantyne's system and information. However, I've lost more in pounds than I paid for the material. For me, it was worth it.

I hate all exercise except walking and purposeful sports, but these results do make this sound tempting.

I love it. Feel great and I had gained a lot of weight, of course initial weight loss is always greatest, and my loss was also fueled by giving up Diet Cokes. They may be sodium and calorie free, but that aspertame likes to hold fat on your legs.

Sounds interesting but I doubt my 57 year old body could handle it. Great info, though.
