Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson Split

Say Adios to Their Romance

Representatives for Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson may now have much to say. However, People Magazine has reported that although their reps remain silent as to the pair, a source close to the two has come fourth and revealed that they have broken up but still "remain friends."

The unnamed source who spoke to People Magazine also went on to say that the couple parted ways romantically right before Memorial Day weekend although reason for the

Wilson, 36, and Hudson, 28, starred together in 2006's comedy film, You, Me and Dupree, and more recently became open publicly about their romantic involvement that initially had kicked off last fall and gradually developed all over the world, from quietly to openly and publicly.

They started their international romance in Australia where Hudson was filing a movie, Fool's Gold, that will also star Matthew McConaughey. The two were seen by the media walking along the beach. From there, they were caught in a restaurant in Santa Monica, nuzzling one another. They were then spotted in New York for Hudson's birthday on April 19. Did it stop there? Of course not. The two then were found cozying up to one another on a personal vacation in Hawaii.

More recently, Hudson and Wilson were together at the Dallas premiere of Wilson's latest comedy, The Wendell Baker Story. She also attended a party with him at the LA premiere of his new film where the two of them held hands, stroked one another's back and jammed the night away to classic rock together.

Hudson split with her rocker husband Chris Robinson back in August. She is the mother of 3-year-old Ryder.
