If you DO want to get married indoors, the best places to have an indoor wedding are: your own living room, a castle, a rustic lodge, a clubhouse, or a place that holds memories and a special place in both the groom and the bride's heart.

Rehearsal dinners are an important part of the wedding. Finding the right place for the dinner shouldn't be hard. The key is quality of food and cost. Consider having it catered where you plan to have the wedding rehearsal, rather than the party going to two locations in one night.
