Hotel Review: Quality Inn San Diego, California
The service at Quality Inn was wonderful. As soon as we walked into the office the employee at the front desk greeted us with a smile. He asked if we had reservations and we told him we did. He checked us in and by using a map he directed us to our hotel room. He gave us our keys and told us they offer free continental breakfast in the morning if we were interested.
Quality Inn offered a variety of amenities. They have a heated swimming pool. My husband and I never used the pool. The pool appeared small and was located outside in front of the office. Whoever drives by or goes into the office can see you swimming. Quality Inn offers free use of their computer, which is located in the office. The computer gave me access to the Internet, which made it easy for me to check my email. They gave you about a 15-minute limit to use the computer. However you could use the computer for a longer period of time if no one else is waiting. Quality Inn offers daily breakfast, which is convenient for travelers. They have cereal, bread, bagels, juice, coffee, Danish and apples. The selection is not that great but enough to fill your belly and get you through to lunch. Quality Inn is also close to many fun places such as Sea World, Legoland and Mission Beach. Quality Inn is a good place for a family to stay.
The rooms at Quality Inn are good. We stayed in a non-smoking room that had a king size bed. The room was small but had a comfortable bed. Our room came with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Our room also had a vanity which was nice while I was getting my hair done my husband would be taking a shower.
The cost to stay at Quality Inn depends on when and how long you are planning to stay. We stay for three days in the month of May. The cost each night for us was $80 dollars a night not including tax. The price is fairly reasonable for the quality, service and amenities that come with the hotel.
