Freezing Up on Mr. Freeze at Six Flags St. Louis

Roller Coasters at Six Flags St. Louis

This is my favorite roller coaster ever! From the queue line scenery to the actual coaster itself, Mr. Freeze is make you ice cold. Although it is a small roller coaster, its impact is as big as Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Once I entered the Six Flags St. Louis park, and realized that I had already seen this roller coaster before. When I was in Dallas a few years back with my dad, we went to the Six Flags Over Texas

in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. There it was; the beautiful light blue machine that penetrates the sky of Dallas, and now also St. Louis, Missouri. When I was in Dallas I could not get enough of this coaster. In fact when I went, I stayed until the park closed and I rode this coaster as many times as possible. Eleven times total, and I wanted more. Well I got my wish while in St. Louis.

I ran to this coaster. I needed to relive those feelings that I felt while in Dallas. I walked through DC Comic Zone area straight into the mouth of the classic snowball head. Once I entered I was brought back to the world of Gothem City, from Gothem City Park to the interior chamber where the coasters train propels you from at 70 mph. While walking through the interior you get blasted with cold air and you literally freeze yourself up to the train. I thought that this was a nice effect for the ride. I did remember better scenery at the Six Flags Over Texas for this ride, but I think that the coaster definitely makes up for the scenery.

That's a really cool feature for a ride. Maybe they think it will lower lines since people don't want to get cold, lol. Probably not the reason, but the ride looks awesome! I really like roller coasters. Great article.
