1. Fair Saint Louis, Fireworks on July 3rd and 4th
Fair Saint Louis takes place on the riverfront every year on July 3rd and the 4th of July. Fair Saint Louis not only offers the biggest and best Fireworks display in the Saint Louis area, but they also boast a host of other Independence Day activities. On July 3rd both Lifehouse and the Goo Goo Dolls will preform at Fair Saint Louis, followed by fireworks at 9:15 PM. On the 4th of July Everlife, Kim Massie, and Cyndi Lauper will preform, followed by fireworks at 9:15 PM. Both days of Fair Saint Louis will include plenty of food and other fun activities. If you plan on viewing the fireworks at Fair Saint Louis on either night, you'll want to arrive early as prime spots fill quickly. If it's a clear night you'll be able to see the fireworks from miles away, so if you want to avoid the crowds you can just stay in your car and view the spectacular display!
2. Chesterfield 4th of July Celebration, Fireworks July 4th
If you live in West County, the 2nd annual Chesterfield 4th of July Celebration is the perfect place to see fireworks this Independence Day. The fireworks display takes place at Chesterfield Mall between Macy's and Dillards. The Chesterfield 4th of July Celebration features music and children's activities, and ends with a fireworks display at 9:30 PM. Although the fireworks display and activities in Chesterfield are not as large as those at Fair Saint Louis, they are much less crowded and more family friendly.
