No wedding is complete without a photographer to capture the special moments that made it unforgettable. If a photographer can't capture the heart and soul of a wedding, I don't know how much faith I would put in his work. Picking the best photographer(s) can be tricky. We're not talking about spending knickles and dimes. We're not talking about some random birthday party. It's a one-in-lifetime experience. I couldn't allow someone to do a half-ass job on something I want to remember for the rest of my life.

Searching the net, I've discovered several photography company working in Colorado that I highly recommend. Each has their own style, each has their own voice. No matter how good they are, I can't stress upon my readers how important it is that you keep a firm grasp on your wants and desires. Don't let them tell you how the photo should look. I'm almost positive each one of the companies listed below will give you the memories to cherish as you want to remember them.

J and G Lucas Photography. The website for this company offers several examples of their great work. They seem to understand how to capture the moment. I think that's rare in this day 'n age of mindless sale gimmicks. The rates are a little steep, but I believe its all worth it. J & G Lucas offers several "Wedding Packages". A custom package is where the price is negotiable. The silver package is priced around $1,499, where you can get two photograhers, 300 images and a personal website. The gold package is priced at or around $2,199, where you can get everything in the silver package plus 2 8x10's in a folio and a 10x10 Flush Mount album with 24 sides. Then, there's the platinum package at $2,499. Now I think for the price and what you're getting, I would put in the extra $300 and get the platinum over the gold. The platinum comes with everything the silver and gold offers, and more. Instead of a 10x10 Flush Mount album, you get a 12x12, instead of 24 sides, you get 36. As they say, photography isn't just a job to them, it's a passion. How great is it to find a company that takes that much pride in their work today. You can contact them by email or phone.
