Choosing the Right Allergy Medication: Relief Through Medicine

Allergies can range from irritating to, at their very worst, lift threatening. The warm summer months are when allergies really flare up. People who don't suffer allergies any other time of the year suffer seasonal allergies as the pollens and dust fly. Tissues become very important accessories during the allergy season.

The best treatment for allergic symptoms is avoidance. Stay away from exposure to substances that cause symptoms. Avoiding exposure may include staying indoors when the pollen levels are high.

There are over the counter medications that can be purchased without a prescription. Interesting article with good information. I personally try to stay away from the allergy medicines as much as I can. Sometimes saline solution is enough for a clogged nose.
