Regaining Your Identity After Divorce!

It is a hard period of your life, and you are unsure of your destiny. You were once the wife or husband of so and so. You are not a failure because your marriage didn't work, at least you tried. You should be thankful you are not wasting your life with someone who is not worthy of you. While you may want to dwell in your loss, it is actually your gain. 1st - Make a list of all your dreams that were put aside because you were trapped in your marriage.
2nd - Pick a long and a short term goal that gets your enthusiasm working overtime. Work on your goals every day.
3rd - Clean out your old wardrobe and sell them on Ebay.
4th - Go shopping to revamp your new life and have a free department store makeover, and have a new style cut and colour at your hair dressers.
5th - Join the local gym.
6th - Join a new social groups.
7th - Have a great social night out with friends, once a week or at the least once a month.
8th - Put up post it notes around your home with affirmations to keep your positive energy levels high.
9th - while most of us cannot afford a life coach, but we can read books by Dr Phil or Anthony Robins to re affirm you desirve the very best.
10th - Every morning wake up and know you are a wonderful person who chooses your own destiny.
