After a brilliant run on HBO, everyone's favorite mob family is no longer. Yep, the hit series "The Sopranos" finally came to a close on Sunday with another captivating episode from writer and director David Chase. Now that my favorite series is gone forever, I thought it would be a good idea to share some of best moments from the entire series, going all the way back to the very first episode.

Most Favorite Characters

Tony Soprano
Obviously, my favorite character from the show (and most likely everyone else's) is Tony Soprano. Compared to the typical mobster and mob boss seen in movies, Tony Soprano shows much more compassion for family and life while still maintaining the tough-guy image needed to survive in the criminal underground world. He comes off as just an average family man facing the same problems that we must deal with in society today. His ability to juggle both his family and his "other" family humanizes him and allows viewers to see both sides of his personality.

I realize that although Tony can sometimes be portrayed as the protagonist, he's still a criminal and a stone cold murderer. However, I still find it hard not to root for the Jersey mob boss.

Paulie Walnuts
I can't think of anyone else who has been watching the show from day one that doesn't like Paulie and his gray haired streaks. Besides his unpredictable personality, Paulie brings a lot of comedy relief to the show. But don't be fooled by his sense of humor, the old capo is one tough SOB.

Christopher Moltisanti
Chrissy has always been a favorite of mine on the Sopranos' series. The young hot head has been a thorn in Tony's side since day one with is impulsive actions and drug addictions. Nevertheless, Christopher Moltisanti was one of the most entertaining made men of the Soprano family.

The Pine Barrens show was the best episode ever, in my opinion.

Excellent article buddy. Had to give you a 5, it really deserves a great rating. Sopranos articles are surely a popular thing here at AC. =)
