If you have ever tried to lose a great deal of weight using a diet and exercise plan you will undoubtedly be familiar with the urge to return to old habits. It can come at any time as an intense desire to break your weight loss plan-- to go out and eat the tasty treats you used to indulge in.

For many, this urge is so strong they feel powerless against it. The impulse to eat unhealthy, fattening foods literally overwhelms them. They cave into the desire, and go on a results-wrecking food binge.

This often becomes the normal cycle for many dieters. Does it apply to you? Picture starting out on a new weight loss plan, and swearing to stick with it. Two weeks pass and the results begin to show. Then suddenly you are overwhelmed with the urge to give yourself a treat for all of the hard work you have put in the last two weeks. This starts a series of desire filled thoughts, all telling you to bend the rules of your diet.

This is the point where most people simply give in to the powerful urge to eat something fattening. When most dieters reach this point, they have no one to talk to. No one to discuss these destructive desires with. So they are left alone to fend for themselves.

This is devastating to most people's weight loss goals. They never seem to get the results they want because they are always sabotaging themselves in so many different ways. You would be surprised at the multiple tricks and temptations in your own mind that you are not even aware of, which cause you to break your diet again and again.

Now imagine being confronted by that urge to eat the wrong kinds of foods or to skip your exercise plan or any other kind of self-sabotage you indulge in. The only difference is that you have support in the form of fellow dieters, all striving to lose weight, who you can talk to in your moments of need.

This can truly make the difference between weight loss success and failure. Whenever you feel the desire to sabotage your weight loss plan starting to activate, you go to those who are watching out for you. They will be able to set you straight and remind you of all of the reasons breaking your diet is not in your best interest.

"Sigh this person posting the kimkins links is trying to pawn off their affiliate link for a fraudulent and dangerous very low calorie diet scam. Very low calorie diets should only be done under medical supervision for obese people whom meet specific criteria and only for a short time provided essential nutrients are met. This diet is none of the above hence it's dangerous natural, you have people living off of water or diet drinks alone in their desperation to lose weight fast. Rapid weight loss on its own carries a lot of risks and needs to be monitored closely. This diet has made lots of people sick especially with their mental views towards food where these people end up afraid to eat, whats worse is that it has been heavily marketed to teenagers as well. On their forum they had a 14 year old girl struggling to eat only 500 calories per day, she wasn't even over weight! She lied about her own weight by basing this diet around her own alleged success when she is
