Ever wondered what was going on in the town of Norfolk, Virginia? How about wanting to do something different for the Fourth of July than setting off fireworks in your watered down back yard? This town is filled with patriotic events left and right. Everywhere you look, you can see flags, red white and blue themes across store windows, and military personal walking from their cars or driving to the Navel base. For all the events and celebrations, when the Fourth of July comes around each year, Norfolk has the Best Fireworks display around.

People come from neighboring cities such as Richmond, Virginia Beach, Newport, Hampton and many others just to watch the spectacular events light up the night sky and fill their day with joy and memories.

Displayed at Waterside Dr, Town Point Park every 4th of July, this incredible event is nothing short than spectacular. This patriotically fun filled celebration is held each year on July 4th at the Norfolk waterfront. Families, friends, and new arrivals can celebrate with picnics, socializing, and rides provided by the city. The U.S. Continental Army Band fills the air with well rehearsed and composed patriotic music. Town Point Park will also feature a dazzling fireworks show starting at 9:30pm. The hours for the festivities and fireworks will be Wed, July 4th, 2007 5pm - 10pm, and admission is of course, free.
