I was use to having to wait for several minutes for other insect repellents to dry. The only issue I had with the OFF! spray is if sprayed in a close surrounding area it can be overwhelming. Make sure to spray in a well ventilated area, away from other people.

I like a product I can apply once and not have to worry about it. We have used the OFF! spray on several occasions and have not had any problems with the bugs biting or stinging us.
